No sailing here in Minnesota. There is talk of flooding and a few are trying canoeing on a few smaller rivers. I hope you can get out soon on the big Salt Lake . I guess it never freezes over.
Shaws always ask about you and say you can have the Sunfish in Michigan if you want. But you have to come get it. It still works.. Later M&D

Big thumbs up for "Diabetes Rising" - it's very well-written and gives a compelling, even-handed overview of a wide range of potential triggers for type 1 (and some potential cures/mitigations). Gave a copy to my local Congressional Rep. and pediatrician - would suggest foisting it off on anyone interested in the topic.

I remember that ride well. THe most I've gotten in is 1:20 on the trainer. I'm off for the Pac Rim trip March 2-17, so maybe today with a forecast of 50F.

Hi Nancy,

Sorry, no photos of the naked fat guys. Even as I was passing them, I knew it would be a good photo, but the camera stayed in my backpack. I guess I don't have the fearlessness of a true photographer of people. Or I was embarrassed for them. Or both. Next time though....
